Episode 25; Further Instructions
Guys, back when you're little, I'm sure we had small little plans & ideas for ourselves. No, not those big ambitious ones that will one day change the world but the little ones where you can go, "Hmm, I wished I could have that." or "I wish I did that."
Now, Singapore has her fair share of romantic hot spots but personally, I like one with either a typical view of the beach's horizon or the nightlife of a city. I have always wanted that significant other to be with me at either of those places.
Yesterday however, I was brought to one of those places instead.
I never knew the top of a durian would be so romantic.
So yes guys, I have never been to the rooftop of the Esplanade but yesterday, I had the chance to. And despite Singapore's view of half-city-skyline-half-construction-skyline, it has a pretty amazing view from the top.
I used to wish to myself that I could see Singapore's amazing skyline with someone special. I gave up on that idea after countless of tries. But instead, my wish was made true by my girlfriend. <3
Guys, what I'm trying to say is that people always say that the plans you make will change as time passes. That you'll never set out what you want to accomplish or will never make things happen. But what they don't realize is that those plans are actually already in motion and it's already waiting for further instructions from you. They are ideas that are fixed by you and all it needs is a little push. Those plans only work if you really want them to.
Maybe a little push will help.
(Oh, and 30 Seconds To Mars' new album, This Is War, has tracks that makes me energetic and wanna run- or for any epic moments in life)
