Have your parents ever warned you not to mix around with that particular kid? That boy your parents tell you to stay away from? And everything your parents don't want you to end up to be like? I'm that guy.
Guys, remember on my last post I mentioned that Singapore is small and the odds of meeting the same random person again is quite small yet there might be a chance? Armed with cameras, we were hoping to recapture that fateful event that changed Anwar's life- 'The Minah'.
But come on guys, not everyday is Sunday.
Most probably the best $6 I've spent on for this year. This movie is super awesomeeeeeeee! I was left breathless by the awesome visual effects, graphics, sounds, robots and Megan Fox! Heheheh. The only sucky thing is that it'll make you wait for the next sequel to come out. ;[
Shall not spoil the movie for those who have yet to catch it. After the movie, we bumped into Shameer at Burger King. Then into Fuad. Haha. Maira & Arief went home while the rest of us decided to walk around at Plaza Singapura and then at Far East Plaza. We got totally bored at one point, we actually sat down and talked about girls. We decided to classify the girls of YJC into these two groups; 'The Priscillia' and 'You-don't-look-hot-at-first-but-GOD-NOW-YOU-DO!'.
What are those groups you ask? Well, they are based on first impressions. 'The Priscillia' ( named aptly after a girl in our school ) occurs when you first see a guy/girl and you think to yourself, "Wow! He/She is so hot!" You go around telling your friends that you saw this hot guy/girl and when your friends see him/her, they too will be saying, "Wow! You are right!" And everytime you see that hot person, you'll be blown away. However, there is a limit- up to the point where seeing her makes you go, "And I thought he/she was hot. Please."
That limit people, is called 'The Priscillia'.
What about the 'You-don't-look-hot-at-first-but-GOD-NOW-YOU-DO!' ( a.k.a 'The Ugly Duckling' )? Same principle but only the opposite. You see a not-so-hot guy/girl and go, "Err, he/she's okay. Nothing much." Your friends agree with you and you guys agree to never talk about that person again. Then, you start seeing that person often enough and suddenly you're going, "Eh. He/She actually looks quite hot!"
Your friends also agree and you guys start coming up with plans to talk to that hot person.
So yes people, we were actually talking about this and classifiying girls into these 2 groups. Hahaha. We had nothing better to do. Heh. After much talking, we headed home knowing we have spent six awesome dollars on an awesome movie. :D
Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen is a must see movie. Yes, it may be about robots changing into electronical stuff to desguise themselves and fight off their evil counterparts. Just try & learn to appreciate them.
